Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • In its original, unopened packaging.
  • Unused and in the same condition as it was received.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used consumable products. This is a standard practice in the trade industry. The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
  • Opened boxes of nails, staples, or collated fasteners (including partial boxes).
  • Bare Units, Finishing Nails, Framing Nails, Galvanised Staples, and Heavy Duty Staples that have been opened.
  • Used products of any kind.
  • Nail Guns that show any signs of use, are missing components, or are not in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed efficiently:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product.
  2. Get Authorization: Our team will evaluate your request. If approved, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the Package: Mail the package to the address provided in your authorization email.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or it was defective). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return has been received and processed, following our standard shipping policy.

Damaged or Defective Items
